While aligners need only basic care, it’s important to clean them every day with a toothbrush and water to avoid debris buildup. Remember to take them out during meals and drinks, except when drinking water.
Wear the Aligners 20-22 hours a day
Maintain your regular oral hygiene by brushing twice daily for two minutes and flossing or using interdental brushes every day. Make sure to remove all debris before putting your aligners back in to prevent prolonged sugar contact with your teeth.
